I am looking for confirmation that Dealer No. 59998 was simply a Bloomfield Hills (BLMFLD H on the IBM card) Dodge dealer and not some special secret order code.

Sven: That number and BLMFLF H is off Per E's 56 Dodge's IBM card. Unless Per or the previous owner (tailfins??) has more info, there won't be any.

Location: DFW, TX | Pretty sure 59998 and 59999 are dealer codes that Chrysler was using to sell vehicles to non-dealers, specifically Kiekhaefer, and perhaps others as well.
The kinda-documented Super Red Ram / Torqueflite '56 Custom Royal convertible was sold through 59998. So it appears those codes were used to move some pretty special cars.

Thanks' a lot Danny, I didn't have those in my list.
I have an Excel file with dealers, I miss a lot of region codes though. |

Maybe (I'm not convinced without a good firm documented reference).
Why is Bloomfield Hills listed on the IBM card?
