Not sure if this is worth $12k, as it needs a lot of work. Also think 16k original miles is kind of a dubious claim (looks more like 116k), but I could still see a car with that few miles being in this shape if it was stored outside in a very poor enviroment most of it's life. I see some rust holes and those rockers are probably shot under the trim.
