Steering wheel repair 1960 Fury

Fick Posted 2019-03-10 8:10 AM (#579106) Subject: Steering wheel repair 1960 Fury Member Posts: 10 Location: Moravia, NY The insulation between my steering wheel and the horn brass contact ring needs be replaced. Horn sounds when wheel is put on and ground wire is not connected. Also one of the small signal canceling tabs is broken off. Any suggestions on repairing this? That little piece of rubber is a tough one to come up with a usable replacement. Cal Those are much more readily available for the '60 than they are for the '57-'59. I wonder if they could be made to work on the older wheels.
