Hello all

This is probably a hard request - does anybody has a picture of an exploded view of the air cooled torque converter (the finned one) that equipped the cast iron A488 Torqueflite in 1958 ?

I am in the process of repairing one and I would like to know which parts goes where....My car is a 1958 318 ci plymouth belvedere 4drHT with the power pak option.

I checked on google but it seems to be totally absent on the web.

Thank you for any help !

I doubt if you'll find one, even the FSM has only a cutaway side view.

Indeed.
as a matter of fact, it doesn't seem to exist.

An exploded view of the converter wouldn't do you much good anyway because it's a welded unit...not serviceable without specialized equipment.
