Tightening reference for early-hemi/poly

I found these tightening reference values from the shop manual but what might be the correct values for..
1
) main bearing bolts
2
) crankshaft bolts
And is there something else to be notified while assembling a 354 poly?

I got these specs from Hot Hemi Heads website.
Your upload failed because of the "jpeg"
(has to be "jpg", no "e"
).
I've copied it, saved it as a jpg and uploaded it
(again, this time it works
). Thanks for the original posting.
