Location: Valley Forge, Pa. | Sorry, can't produce the auction but it is on Ebay for another 6 days out of Sarasota, Fl.
Looks like it might be another caramel and oyster? but its a 2 DOOR, with rebuilt 318. IF someone here buys it, that color really looks works and NOS seat covers should still be available for that color. Probably 2 dr covers also through Original Auto Interiors.
If someone could pull it up, thanks. |

He's done quite a bit of work to her, however, not all of his claims are accurate in the listing.
I'm not certain how he can state actual mileage, although it might be true.
I bought the car about 4 years ago, the title I received was dated 1970. Technically, I was the owner in between.
Lastly, about a month after he purchased the car from me he informed me the engine block was dated a 1957 301, according
to his rebuilder. He wanted money back since it was not the "original" engine.
He's done quite a bit of work to it as seen in the auction.

Hope that you didn't give him any money back.
I really like the Dodge dog-dishes. Would look good on my car.

So, with 57K miles why would the engine need to be rebuilt? Was it seized up from sitting?

I was thinking the same thing. Why use hard-to-find '56 dog dishes on a '60 Plymouth? The '60 Plymouth ones look good too.

I hope you told him to POUND SAND.
If that was a concern to him, he should have come armed with the information when he inspected the car, and dealt accordingly.
The Wal-Mart mentality has absolutely RUINED the old car trade. These things are 60+ years old. Don't expect refunds and store credit when you discover something you don't like. Caveat emptor.
