It was in w/a bunch of NOS MoPar parts.
That's all I know
Was thinking it may have something to do w/clutch throw out linkage/hanger/etc.

Being from the construction industry it looks like the shaft the goes between door knobs.
Or maybe something to do with the rear winder on a wagon
