They are both driver quality, not perfect, but very good. One includes the mounting back plate too. Selling the slightly better one with the back plate for 120$ US + shipping to your place The other one is 100$ + shipping. I only have the horn bar, I sold the only steering wheel I had already. Last one that sold on eBay went for 180$!...
