Location: So. Cal | The '57 Chrysler New Yorker has a New Yorker emblem with a small Chrysler script below it in the recess created by the back seat dip in the center. The Fury has a flookerang in the same place. I think I remember that the Adventurer had an Adventurer script in that spot. Does anyone know if the Fireflite and Dodge cars had anything placed there?

| Here's the one from my 1958 Fireflite. The script is the same one that is under the speedometer.

Location: So. Cal | All the Regal Lancers that I have looked up have the lancer with shield embossed in colored vinyl, similar to what is on the rear quarter. Paul, this isn't the same emblem as what is on the door sill. Also, this '58 CRL has the same embossed Lancer as you stated.

Location: So. Cal | That's really neat. Thanks for sharing Dave! I should have titled this thread for all of the emblems to have them all listed in one place. Likewise, my '57 New Yorker fabric isn't in the greatest of condition, but it is good to have a photographic image for the proper placement of the emblems from an original car.

I wanted to give it a try. Here's my test. Still a few tweaks on symmetry and placement, but I'm getting there.

Location: So. Cal | Thanks Dave. So it looks like the Chrysler script goes below the emblem just like on the '57, but it seems lower position than on the '57, and has a bunch of pleats to the sides of it.
Can you dig up some pictures of '59 DeSoto & '59 Plymouth seat dips? |

Location: So. Cal | This is the seat dip emblem for the '59 Fury. Kinda boring. I am tempted to glue/sew a different material in the background of it and use a metal Fury emblem in the center instead of getting the embossing done.
