| gah that Edsel, its like a shock to the system to see that ugly thing in those nice pics... and that 58 mercury, bleck, Ford should have stuck with stealing from Desoto... and I officially hate "continental" kits...
Could we get a law passed saying you have to remove them? |

So nice to see the compliment on my Edsel. I post photos and that's your reply, can we get a "law" passed to not hear your complaining. |

Location: Fleetwood, Pa | The Mercury is actually a 59 model.......If you're going to give someone sh!t at least try to know what you're talking about....I guess you're also wondering why people are reluctant to interact on this forum.....

Location: Nawth Kerolinuh | Say what you want about that Edsel, it's a nice car. Very nice. It was great to talk to some of the folks on the board that I rarely run into. Long drive up, and an even longer drive back into the tail of the hurricane which made for some interesting moments pulling the trailer. Hershey was a great time though, picked up some cool DeS and FwdLk stuff too. |

| I know edsels got a bad rap, and that front end design was its death, im just trolling the internet, jeeze lighten up Francis Im sure he hasn't heard any smack talk about his edsel lately seriously though continental kits should be removed, im not joking about those
I'm surprised they had fwl stuff, figured it would only be Carlisle... |

One of these days I'll have to get back to Hershey, last time I was there was probably 1980.

You shoulda been at Carlisle last year. I didn't do a count up (maybe someone did?) but well over 50 FL's present in and around the Dealership and in the field.
So glad I made it, saw some of the most awesome production cars ever made, and met a bunch of very cool owners.
My only disappointment was not seeing a 60 Imperial (no big deal, I can look at and drive mine anytime).
I am interested if anyone has info on the blue 56 Imperial Convertible in the pics above.

Location: Nawth Kerolinuh | 60 Imp - agree with the statement about Carlisle last year. Once in a lifetime chance to see that many cars in one spot. I know people have said it before, but hats off to Dave and the rest of the folks who put that special event together. |

Location: Simi Valley, CA | Thank you for the Great Photos! I just want to say your Edsel photos are Fantastic! My Brother had a Ciatation 2dr hardtop and we loved it. He sold it to help with his college fund. I also like the 56 Dodge 4dr hardtop, you don't see many of those around.
