Location: So. Cal | Spring Fling in Van Nuys (Los Angeles) is coming up April 23-24. I will be bringing my pink '58 Desoto to the show. I usually troll the swaps in the morning and hang out by the cars afterward. I hope to see some of your mugs there. |

Location: Buena Park, CA | My wife and I will come by on Saturday and say hi Nathan! We are in the middle of a move (just bought a house) so neither the '56 Dodge or Plymouth is coming with us this year. We should make the Fall Fling though. |

Congrats on the new digs David. See ya there. I am REALLY wanting to check out a certain '58 New Yorker convertible there.... are you going Gary? |

The focus of the show is definitely on the muscle car vehicles, including the swap meet but still a good selection of FL cars and parts. I'll be there on Saturday but without my car. |

Location: So. Cal | That would be really neat if we could drum up enough support to have an all forward look event, but I fear that if we tried, there would likely be only a handful of people show up for it.
But you should definitely check out this show. It is the best Mopar show/swap meet that the West coast has to offer.

Location: Ramona, CA | There used to be WPC shows, what happened to those? I've mostly had muscle car era cars so when I go to the Flings I have to drag my friends over to the "old car" area. |

Hi, I'm the president of the club that puts on the Spring and Fall Flings.
There may seem a focus on Musclecar era cars, but we have at least 8 separate classes for pre 1962 Mopars.
I know Richard Carpenter has a Spring Fling Best of Show trophy in the trophy room at his collection. I know we gave a B.O.S. to a copper 57 single headlight 300 letter car too.
I would love to support anyone here would like to coordinate a Forward Look gathering at our show.
... You bring the cars, we'll buy the trophies.
We've had to cut the amount of some trophies cause or lower turnout. Like 300 and 300 letter cars. Would like to see 6-7 on Sunday to support 3 trophies.
I've just recently got emails from two gentleman trying to sell older cars too. A '39 Dodge D-11 Coupe and a 49 Chrysler
And keep your eyes out this Sunday for a 1949 Power Wagon Battalion Chief Truck.

Thank you all for 30 years of support.
We really appreciate it!
In that appreciation, we are giving away 30th Anniversary Hats for the first 400 show field cars.

Location: So. Cal | Back from the cruise this morning. My wife and I had a lot of fun. Nice time together without the kids. I had the only forwardlook there. I also had the oldest mopar, although there was a '50 Ford that tagged along too. First stop was at the Rock Store, which is an old store made of stones cemented together. You can kindof see the rock portion of it on the other side of the wood structure. Kenny Wayne Shepherd & his 2 kids joined us with his sweet orange '69 Charger. Here are some pics for you.

Location: So. Cal | Next stop was at an outlook view point at the top of the canyon. My wife was having a lot of fun with it and enjoyed the whole experience. Overall a fun time with great cars and people. Now the Picture Car Warehouse event is going on, but we will skip it to rest from the slow traffic getting home.

Location: So. Cal | There were a ton of muscle cars of course, quite a few newer Challengers, and a huge number of winged Superbirds & Daytonas. But I really liked these earlier cars. The red '49 Dodge was for sale and had a nice custom look to it. The '53 Dodge was just a very well done car with the perfect mix of new and old, although I would have probably chosen different wheels.

Location: Ramona, CA | That white 300G was for sale for $45,000. They said they just pulled it out of a garage in Apple Valley. It looked pretty solid and original although there were a few modifications. My camera malfunctioned so I didn't get a picture of the sign in the windshield. |

Location: Buena Park, CA | Powerflite . . . great pictures and it was good to chat for a few minutes on Saturday. And NicksGarage, and anyone else that my be interested, the one picture I did take was of the phone number on the 300F. So if you are looking to contact the 300F seller, send me a message and I will pass the number on. I don't want to post it here since I do not know the seller personally.
