Why paint half of a steering wheel a different color?
Why leave such a deteriorated wheel when so much flash was spent on the rest of the car?
Someone spent a lot of time carpeting around the accelerator pedal.
I think this is the first time I've seen a recovered lower dash pad on a 57/58 Imperial.

Location: Royal Oak, MI | I like it, but it seems to me that there are so many better, original '57 colors that they could have chosen for the repaint. And a two-tone leather interior in correct colors would have added so much. The red and white on the seats does look cheap; not befitting an Imperial. |

I finally recognized this car and it's restorer!
It's this one if any one remembers (Pics below) http://forwardlook.net/forums/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=54259
The restorer is known for rattle-can rebuilds and flashy red paint http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/specific_search/Lash+Auto
