Bad pulsing in brakes

Richbo Posted 2015-05-21 10:05 PM (#479058) Subject: Bad pulsing in brakes Veteran Posts: 242 Location: 33844 I put larger brakes (11x2.5) on my '60 Fury , and first test drive had terrible rapid pulsing. The drums were just cut and the guy would have told me if they were out-of-round. Upon inspection and close measuring I found the balance weights on the drums were hitting the Kelsey-Hayes wire rims. Chrysler wheels on Chrysler drums should not do this !!
