Location: Big M Automotive's Yard | We will be leaving Thursday July 2, from Williams, Ca and driving to Fernely, Nv. We will leave Fernley and drive to Evanston, Wyoming, driving about 565 miles. We will stay the night there and the next day drive to Ogallala, Nebraska, about 525 miles. We will leave there and drive to West Des Moines, Iowa driving about 455 miles. We will leave Des Moines on 7/6 and head to Montpelier, Oh about 512 miles. We will leave on 7/7 and arrive in Carlisle some time early evening. We may make an extra stop somewhere in there if we are tired. Let us know if you would like to meet up with us and where. These places are not in stone, wo we can vary the days alittle. M'Lisa |

Location: Georgia | Kinda makes me want to go west just to caravan with y'all!
Although I'd best follow, you wouldn't want me in front of you, especially since you'll be in a convertible!
Looks to be another epic voyage.

Location: Big M Automotive's Yard | We are planning on taking the northern most route back to the west. We are planning on taking Highway 2 from Michigan to Washington.
We thought about taking a trip thru Canada, but I don't have a passport.

Location: Ontario, Canada | Oh, I see now, this is referring to the drive home. That could work just as well.
I'm between a rock and a hard place. That same weekend in July, my local boat/men's club is participating in an international regatta on Lake Champlain. We have overseas members that I have been dealing with for many years who will be attending Carlisle!! I just can't be in both places at the same time!!
I'm still sitting on the fence!

McCall.... eleven long haired Friends of Jesus in a Chartreuse Microbus. These 2 songs came to mind. Maybe some of you computer nerds can down load them for us illiterates computer geeks. |

Location: Big M Automotive's Yard | Our route will be to take I-80 from California to PA. Days are tentative as are stops. If we are tired, we will stop. If not we will keep going. Cool tunes would be great so if anyone wants to upload some songs on here and then tell me how to put on my phone, we would like that. |

Location: York County, PA | You don't have to have a car on the field to meet and greet fellow members, if you can, come anyway.
Meet up with someone who is by themselves and ride in with them and save yourself the entrance fee.
We don't have a FL car for on the field but we do have other cars to put on the field. If you can come on over,
we would like to have you.
Catch ya later
Thank a vet. |

Location: San Antonio, TX | I had really wanted to go this year especially because of the 60 year celebration. Not going to be able to go though. Bummer.
I was hoping a kind and generous fellow Forward Looker could help me out at the swap meet. I have a short list of parts I need. I would be willing to fund you for cost and shipping immediately if you were able to find what I need. Don't worry I'm not looking for fenders or quarter panels. Nothing big, mostly just trim items. Thanks in advance. Please PM me if interested. |
