Location: the Great Northeast | Every year in Lisbon, Maine they have a festival celebrating a funny little soft drink that tastes like pepsi or coke but with a kind of bitter after taste. That's Moxie. They do chugging contests and cook with it as an ingredient and... oh yeah, they have a car show.
Sadly, I didn't get a trophy with my beautiful 61 Newport but a blogger at the car show should have been a judge.
She picked my car over all the rest! Quite a complement.

Location: Mystic, Connecticut | Too bad I missed it. It looks like a fun show that would be worth a drive up. Never had a Moxie either. |

Location: the Great Northeast | Its a good show but its "judged" in a special way. My wife was by the car the whole time and never saw anyone walk around with an eye toward assessment. In another area a participant said he say a guy walk by at a good clip saying "3... 1... 2" and those cars won in that order. It just seems like judging was quick and painless for them. |
