Location: McPherson, KS | I'm familair with the PT Tag on the '56 DeSoto being near the master cylinder, and I've seen it over by the heater core low on the firewall as well. The '56 Dodge tags I've seen are high on the firewall out either on the right or left side up near the hood hinges. Where would the PT tag be on a '56 Imperial? Same places similar to the DeSoto? Out on the radiator core support? Thanks in advance,

Location: bishop, ca | Check way down low, on the horizontal body panel surface, behind the grille, on the passenger's side.
At least, that's where it is on my friend's 56 NY'er.

On my '56 four door Southampton, the plate is on the splash pan between the grille and the rad yoke. |
