It's actually a '60 Dodge Phoenix with 59 front end, custom built by famous Mr. Salo in the 80s.. You can see some views of this car from here and roll the page near bottom. The rear bumper already dropped on the floor..
What's the story of this Swedish '58 Windsor vert (57 look-a-like rear end), is it an original ragtop? Only 2 were built!

And, yes, it really is a '60 Dodge with '59 fenders. It was just pushed through the hall for a clean-up.
