Beautiful car. The history of this car reminds me of what became known in our old neighborhood as "The Death Car."

This fellow had a red '66 Mustang with a black vinyl top. He passed away suddenly and a twenty-something kid bought it from the guy's family. About six months later, the kid developed a rapidly spreading cancer and died within the year.

A middle age guy around the corner bought the Mustang from the deceased kid's mother. He did some body work and repainted the car an aqua color, similar to this '60 Chrysler. He was driving another car and was killed in an accident.

The Mustang sat in his widow's driveway for a while and is now sitting on four flats about six blocks away, at another house.

I need to stop by and snap a photo of it for you.

K.

This car was on Ebay in the last two months. I remember the story and the pics. Don't recall what it sold for then, but this is the exact write-up that was there before.
