Do you have the 6 volt battery connected with the positive terminal to ground? Polarity is important with the old generator cars and reversing the battery polarity will cook the voltage regulator. Another prudent course would be to remove the individual electrical constituents and have them bench tested. Perhaps the starter is bad. As for the relay, it sounds as though it's the wrong one. The 6 volt cars should use a relay rated for the 6 volt system. As for the fuse panel, there isn't one. The 55 uses self resetting circuit breakers. The only fuses you will find are for the radio and the clock. Good luck, Mopar Randy
