There is really no correlation between engine numbers and car serial numbers. The 3NE 300 engine numbers had their own sequence starting at 1001. That was the first engine number and ended past the last car serial number or somewhere around the 2800 mark. They did not match up in any sequence with the New Yorker numbers.
