I bolted the chain onto the bolts that hold on the manifold. The very front driver side bolt, and the very rear pass side bolt on the manifold. You might want to go out and buy two bolts that are longer by about 1/2 or the thickness of the chain. Make sure those bolts are in good and tight. You might have to put some washeres on either side to get it in position right.
