The price is in line, maybe two or three hundred high. I paid 3300.00 for a unrestored but very sound and complete 40, 1/2 ton with the motor stuck. If every thing you say about the condition is true it's probably worth the money. Do you have other Dodge trucks? I'm kind of long on Dodge trucks. jdmccauley@aol.com
