The '57-59 Firesweeps are on the Dodge chassis, the rest of the line is on the Chrysler chassis (at least for U.S. built cars). '59 Desotos with 383's are low block 383's and '59 Chryslers with 383's are raised block 383's (WHY they're this way is a good question!).
