Hi Tony in idaho :) Have you considered restoring the wheel yourself? Eastwood (i believe) makes a do-it-yourself kit. It doesnt look to be that hard, also it would be a lot less expensive, and you dont have to wait on someone elses schedule for it to be finished. Check into it! :)
