What is Forward Look.net, and really what is much of the Internet? A collection of writing, in other words "the pen". Look at China: no matter how much "the sword" (the gov't) tries to restrict the information coming into the country, "the pen" (the uncensored Internet) is still leaking into the country in large amounts and is changing the country forever. Another old communist ideal, the control of information, is becoming impossible to enforce. The means of distributing information has changed, but the information itself is still "the pen" that beats the swords into plowshares...
