That's interesting--my car does not have the Fury decklid spare tire treatment. I wonder if that was an option? My car does have an unusual option, however, and that is an "artic pack" cold weather operation system. It is a hot water driven radiator shutter that opens and closes as the engine warms up. The original owner from whom I bought the car, says this was the way the car came off the showroom floor. It also has a '57/'58 style radio, and the seat covers and door panels differ significantly from the US models. Additionally, it has the standard 361 cubic inch engine with a 2-barrel carb, which was only available on the Canadian Custom Royals (all US models used a 4-bbl carb). Neat trivia! Jim
