I have a '58 Belvedere, and I was wondering if anyone knew what the mounting of the bumper wings entails. I have the carraige bolts, but there seems to be an internal bracing in the top of the wings where I'm told a bolt would run from it to a hole drilled in the bumper. Is that necessary, or will just the carraige bolts be enough? Any info would be appreciated. THANKS
