If you can find a copy, McPherson's excellent "The Dodge Story" probably has a few factory photos - he was good about including the Canadian models. I'm not sure if my Chrysler book with production fiures breaks them out - I'll look at both books tonight. WPC Museum archives, discussed in prior posts, might have something if you send an inquiry.
