Sorry but there IS no upgrade. The carb is quite small and ALL the newer aftermarket carbs will not fit the manifold. The adapters dont work, they are all for later cars with larger carb bolt pattern in the first place. Even a large 2 barrel wont fit. Maybe if U have a machinist with access to an NC machine he cam make adapter from a billet of aluminum, but thats about it. Sorry, been there tried that, threw the chopped up adapter away.
