i had this problem in teh rear end of my plymouth when i bought it...the wheel cylinder is leaking...the breaks grab going forward,but rolling backwards will allow them to release. i dont know why, but thats the exact problem i had...replace or overhaul that wheel cylinder adn youll be fine. i'd suggest doing the others at the same time...if one is that pitted, the others arent usually far behind. brandon
