well joe it didn't quite take me that long---after gathering my thoughts-i did three in about an hour---the first i took apart-the second half apart-the third just took out armature locked pinion so as not to turn-took a craftsman 1 1/2 screwdriver 1/8 shaft feathered tip on belt sander-heated and bent to about 45 degrees-tucked under locking pin turned counter clockwise-BAM-done---later---chuck lowe
