a hammer is one way but not very effective---an extraction tool is another way but not easy to figure out---if you are very very good with a torch-that will work but then they need pressed in---i took mine to the machine shop---cost $30.00---exhaust-duals from KEPICH EXHAUST FT.MYERS FL.phone #1-800-365-5764---steel with mufflers $260.00-stainless with mufflers $750.00-stainless has lifetime guarantee---both plus shipping---they offer 2 mufflers-one pretty much stock sound-the other they call a turbo---it has a more flow through design for a more substantual sound---i plan on keeping my car long term(TILL I DIE)so i went with stainless-with the turbo mufflers which are stainless also---for a complete system these are about the best prices i have found---hope i helped---later---chuck lowe
