If you have access to that original one, take measurements (and pictures) of it. Outside dimensions, and where the ears for attachments are located. Also size and position of inlet and outlet pipes. With this information in hand, find someone with a 4 Seasons or equivalent catalog, and find the closest that matches. Most good radiator shops have these replacement radiator books. If that does't work, then get the original. You can always have it recored.
