Is this a stock rebuild on the engine? are you using points or elct ing? have you checked the tail pipe for blockage? have you checked the gas cap to see if it is letting air in (vented cap) have the valves been relashed since frist run in on the engine? if relash has been done, at what hot settings? is the coil new, do you have a spare that can be swapped in?
