As far as i know you change heads, pushrods and pistons and you have a hemi.If you search the archives you will find a ton of info on this very subject. a good parts source for hemi stuff is hotheads hemi and egge obsolete engine parts.I'm thinking of converting my 1956 chrysler 331 spitfire poly over to a hemi. Where in western canda are you from.
