Don If your 61 is the same as my 58 which I think it is you can take a standard GM window crank tool and narrow the inner most part of the tool by smacking it lightly with a hammer against anvil or other hard surface then bend these newly shaped tabs slightly 1/16th of a inch towards you (when using the tool)and just push in behind the crank and wiggle the handle.Kevin
