Wayne, if it's a factory built convertible then it must be a '58 Imperial Crown convertible with the gorgeous 392ci hemi engine. (Note that it's not called a Chrysler Imperial as Imperial was classed as a seperate make). As to how many are left I wouldn't like to guess, but the Imperial List may have a register of cars known to them which may help.
