Frist year LA273 2bbl 180hp in 64 models dodge and plymouth, 273 4bbl 235hp in 65 , I have seen a few of these cars, mainly cudas and dart gt's in 64, factory stock...... The converter will work, the flex plate will not...... 904 trany will not bolt because it's v8 only, unless you use a adapter plate like they did on the 727 to \6.......
