That is my understanding also, that there was a change in the 62 block and the hex drive pump became standard to all sb mopar engines that year up as well as the 6 bolt crank flange. As the pump out put in the poly engines should be around 60 to 70 pounds of pressure it would be a HP pump in most of the later LA engines who's pumps. stock, were much lower rated.
