So I have my new 59 Belvedere home and, as I do with all my new automotive toys, I change the oil first thing. When I get to the filter though I find the "canister" which I expected to pop open for a filter change is completely sealed. Is this an old part? an add on? First Chrysler product I've ever owned so I'm not sure what to think. Any help?
