I would highly recommend oil priming the engine because there is no oil or other lubricant in the entire engine. This means that your engine will be running dry untill the oil pump can catch up (BAD BAD BAD!!!) Also, i would recommend investing in an oil pump primer for those of you who dont drive or start your cars for m onths at a time. Over the period of time that it sits, all of the oil gradually seeps back down into the pan, and you are in the same situation. If anything chuck, better be safe than sorry... i would hate to see something nasty happen, and all your hard work go down the tube. ~Jessica
