I have gone through my front brakes on my 55 Desoto. I have replaced the wheel cylinders and put on new shoes. I can't get the drums back on. One went on fine but the other one won't get over the shoes. There isn't any fluid in the system and no pressure. They are fully compressed. I have tried playing with those non-concentric bolts that the shoes pivot on but no matter which way I turn them it still won't go. Which way should those bolts be turned? Is there something I am missing? Please help. Thanks KG
