A "LA" Electronic should fit physically into a Dodge 270 engine. You will have to adjust your mechanical and vacuum advance curves depending on what the donor didtributor came from, and what you are presently running in your Dodge. Also, if going into a 6V system, you will need to rewire it to work with your positive ground, or convert your positive ground wiring. Best is to go 12V negative for your whole system, as the coil will be marginal at 6V.
