If you knew how many polys sucked their chrome rocker cover gaskets in, you'd just get a nice powder coating job done! Export '61 Dodges had chrome covers as standard, and they all leaked oil onto the exhaust. I used to convert them to a three bolt hold down, and it sometimes helped. They leaked because the chrome was too slippery to hold the gasket tight.
