This is correct, if you can't get the '57-60 right-side exhaust manifold with the generator support, you can always fabricate a bracket and mount it to the holes on the block as Chrysler did on export cars. An alternator conversion for '57-60 cars can be done by swapping on the '61-66 right side manifold (without alternator mount) and making mounts to fit the alternator being used.
