I presume you mean: "can you use 318 poly exhaust manifolds on a 1957 301 poly?", which the answer would be 'yes'. For the left side manifold, you could use all the way to 1966, but the right side manifold for your '57 301 has the cast-in generator mount, so if you wish to use the generator you will need a 1958-60 right side 318 exhaust manifold.
