The old standby go-to guy Gary Goers had them in the last printed catalog I bought. His website (http://www.garygoers.com/ is limited, so don't expect to see it there. His catalog is rough-looking, but very extensive. Although I haven't ordered yet, the consensus seems to be that he's an honest, hard-working one-man show. A lifesaver by taking it upon himself to reproduce parts, but don't expect it overnight. (If I am incorrect on any of this, please correct me, someone.)
