I had fusible links added off of the solenoid after my turn signal did a meltdown on my 61 Dodge Seneca. It was fairly cheap to have done, and now I have one less thing to worry about as I drive. Trust me on this one, auto wiring burns QUICK when it goes, it's worth adding a little safety precaution.
