the part number is early 60s vintage but they appear to be that of a Plodge (Dodge body Plymouth front clip and trim) sold as a Plymouth for the Canadian market. I do not have the Canadian parts books from that vintage so I can not look them up for you. but I hope this helps steer you in the right direction
