I am restoring a 1957 Dodge 1/2 ton pick-up with a V8 engine, and another with a 6. Neither vehicle is registered. I have applied and have most of the paperwork together to get them registered. However, they require the gross and net vehicle weight. I have gross weight ratings from my shop manuals, but I do not have net weight. I guess tis is simply the weight of the unloaded truck. It would be impractical to get mine weighed. Does anyone have data on the net weight of 1957 Dodge 1/2 ton pickups.
